A short walk from the Piazza del Popolo, in the heart of the Roman shopping quarter, the Restaurant-Pub Loewenhaus, with its Bavarian furnishings, will welcome you in a friendly way! |

From
midday until late in the night we will serve our customers delicious
dishes: the receipts are a great mix of Italian and Bavarian ingredients. Try
for example the very good Spaetzle (dumplings made with water, flour and
eggs), a delicious Goulash or the excellent real German Wuerstel! There
are a lot of second courses: the bourghignonne, the smoked pork-sirloin,
cooked in the oven, served with typical sauerkraut and potatoes. |

The
publican will combine wisely the right beer to your food: the raw Paulaner
(it is not pasteurized), the Keller (excellent beer from the cellar), the
Marzen, the Hefeweiss (the wheat beer), the Dunkel and the Rauchbier (smoked
beer). They are all draught beers! |

The
traditional desserts offered are the Apfel-Kuecherl, the Apfel-Strudel
and the Sacher-Torte. Every Friday the best jazz-bands of the Capital will alternate, in the Loewenhaus, their performances in order to propose you an atmosphere comparable to the great New Orleans! |
